Programme Highlights

●         6 months of training with classroom and experiential learning programme.

●         On a successful completion of the 6 months Launchpad Programme you get an opportunity to become Senior Relationship Trainee.

●         The training not only imparts knowledge and sales skills but also in gold appraisal processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day-to-day operations.

 

Eligibility Criteria

●         The applicant should have completed Graduation.

●         Upto 27 years of age.

●         0 to 12 months of work experience in any field

●         Fluency in local language

●         Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process

●         The above will be considered as the threshold criteria for shortlisting at sole discretion of Rupeek.

●         2 Wheeler & Driving Licence (If not already, need to get it sorted within first 2 months)

 

Selection Process

The selection process for Trainee will consists of

1.          Basic Aptitude Test (Online)

Personal Interview (virtual/onsite).

Stipend/Compensation

●         Post 6 months programme you get an opportunity to become Senior Relationship Trainee and then post 12 months of tenure you will be onboarded as RM with CTC of upto 4 Lacs (Fixed + Incentive)

●         Incentive is governed as per applicable policy.

●         MGB (Minimum Guaranteed Bonus) is governed by the MGV policy as applicable.

●         Travel & Phone allowance is governed as per applicable policy.
