Job Description:

·       Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in rural areas.

·       Regularly interact with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide personalized assistance.

·       Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers and create strategies to expand the customer base.

·       Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.

·       Educate customers about the features, benefits, and suitability of different financial products.

·       Cross-selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products to existing customers to maximize their engagement.
